TestyGrid Technologies Inc. ("TestyGrid", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our restaurant partners, their staff, and dining guests. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your information when using our cloud POS terminals, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), mobile QR ordering interfaces, and related software platforms.
2. Information We Collect
A. Account & Partner Information: When a restaurant operator registers, we collect business name, legal entity information, contact email, phone number, physical venue address, and tax registration identifiers.
B. Transaction & Dining Data: Order line items, item modifiers, order timestamps, table assignments, payment amounts, and tip distributions.
C. Technical & Diagnostic Telemetry: Device hardware identifiers, browser versions, IP addresses, POS mesh sync logs, and network connectivity metrics for offline troubleshooting.
D. Payment Card Security: We do not store full credit card numbers. All cardholder data is processed through Level 1 PCI-DSS certified tokenized payment vaults.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate, synchronize, and maintain live POS and KDS ticket routing.
- To calculate automated recipe yield depletion and generate smart inventory purchase orders.
- To provide fraud prevention, manager PIN audit trails, and financial settlement.
- To comply with statutory financial accounting, sales tax reporting, and legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with necessary service providers: payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PAX), cloud infrastructure hosts (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare), and authorized food delivery aggregators when opted in by the venue operator.
5. Data Retention & Your Rights
